Lifetime Warranty – Daytime Optics

All Sentinel Optics daytime riflescopes, red dot sights, binoculars, and spotting scopes are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your optic is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you, regardless of ownership transfer.

No registration required. No proof of purchase needed. No time limit.

2-Year Warranty – Thermal Optics

Sentinel Optics thermal imaging devices are covered by a 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

Proof of purchase is required for thermal warranty claims to verify the purchase date.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or deliberate damage

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

How to Get Service

Contact our service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your optic. Package it securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your product to the address provided by our service team.

Once received, we'll evaluate your optic and complete any necessary repairs or replacement. We'll return your optic to you at no charge.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Sentinel Optics. We cover return shipping.
